Quintessence considers our clients to be our partners, providing valuable insight into not only the desired function of the environments that we are building, but also, unique and individualized ideas about the materialization of the design.
Quintessence is an architect in good standing with the Secretaries of State of Colorado and Washington State. We focus in the market sectors of single and multi-family residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use and life science. We draw upon our experience to offer expertise in development support, navigation of municipal approvals and representation of our clients throughout the construction process.
It is our intent to provide a level of service that meets our clients needs while reducing uncertainty and providing exceptional, beautifully designed projects that our clients and partners take enormous pride in.

Jennifer Grant, AIA
Principal Architect
Jennifer is an Architect registered in Colorado and Washington State and Principal Architect at Quintessence Design Group. As a founding partner Jennifer focuses on leading the firm’s primary projects through client collaboration, project design and oversight. Quintessence focuses on architectural and development projects in the hospitality, residential, commercial, life-science and entertainment submarkets in the inter-mountain west.
Previously Jennifer worked as Design Director at Steelwave LLC Denver Regional Office. Steelwave is a national commercial developer with over $11 Billion of projects under development, design and management across the United States within the commercial, multifamily, industrial, and life science market sectors.
Jennifer brings 17 years of project experience working with clients in multiple sectors and projects of all scales from small residential renovation projects to massive campus expansion projects.
